Human inaccuracy in justice representation
Wrongdoing or "Dhulm" in Lisan al-Arab Dictionary means to put a thing in the wrong place and to turn away from the intent; Allah the Almighty said, "And (remember) when Luqman said to his son when he was advising him: "O my son! Join not in worship others with Allah. Verily! Joining others in worship with Allah is a great Zulm (wrong) indeed." (The Quran, 31:13), as it turns away from the intent and directs worship in the wrong way. (IbnuManẓūr, n.d)
Although humans have reached massive and multiple levels of development in the modern era, they remain wrongdoers and ignorant as Dr. Taha Abd al-Rahman said, "Did you see how humans prioritize less useful things over more beneficial things? Like ignorant people, they prioritize explicitly harmful things over explicitly beneficial things.
So is there something worse than calling for rights and chances that take them out of humanity, arguing they are following the clear path of rationality, which is the only meaning of humanity? However, ironically why is the rational path they chose to follow is taking them to the opposite of their intent?". (Taha Abdu Rahman, 2000).
Humans' biggest mistake is separating between the world of the unseen and the world of witness, between materiality and spirit, soul and body, which is proved scientifically.
Hence, Quranic commandments were explicit regarding maintaining equity and justice in the universal system. In warning against the consequence of neglecting the existential balance, "And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance.
The responsibility of justice and equity deals not only with humans but also transcends them to the vast universe with all its components.
Achieving justice and equality is the purpose of creation
Humans were created for the succession of Allah in this universe by settling on earth and carrying out the mission of reforming.
When humans deviate from this function, they deviate from the right path. Explaining this fact, Jalal al-Din al-Rumi said, "There is one thing in this world that should not be forgotten; if you forget everything, and you remember that thing, then there is no need to fear; It is just as if a king sends you to a village for a specific task, and you go and do hundred other jobs except your task, then your mission will be useless." (Al-Rumi, n.d)
Pests that hinder the achievement of justice and equality
1- Forgetfulness and negligence
Forgetfulness and negligence of the function of succession is the most significant human problem "And indeed We made a covenant with Adam before, but he forgot, and We found on his part no firm will-power." (The Quran, 20:115).
However, the real problem is not merely forgetfulness but cutting off the link to human existence's metaphysical and spiritual depth.
Dr. Taha Abd al-Rahman describes forgetfulness as a characteristic that sticks with humans "The more I contemplate human conditions in this time, the more I become certain that there is no creature that is more forgetful than him. And if I had the choice to choose a definition for him, I would certainly say that "he (human "insān") is the existent who forgets that he forgets. He also said: "If I had the choice to derive a name for him, I would surely say that it was derived from the word forgetfulness "nisyān" instead of the word affability "uns." Even if it is true that his name is derived from affability, I would only consider it affability that makes him forget what must not be forgotten…." (Taha Abdu Rahman, 2012).

2- Forgetfulness and negligence of the Creator
It is worth mentioning that the problem is not the issue of forgetfulness in itself, but rather forgetting the Creator Who created humans with clay and soul "[So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "(Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay." So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him". (The Quran, 38: 71,72).As a result, any separation between these two elements is conducive to the rupture of the humanity of humans and the fragmentation of his being.
3- Separating between the world of the unseen and the world of witness
Humans' biggest mistake is separating between the world of the unseen and the world of witness, between materiality and spirit, soul and body, which is proved scientifically.
The truth is that humans cannot see the relationships between those things that appeared separated and the narrowing of the vast mercy of Allah.
This is because the concept of science is broader than material science, which is perceived by the senses only or by material experiences only. Likewise, rationality is much more comprehensive than abstract rationality, which is not supported by a human heart's divine revelation or conscience.
When Human being excludes their soul from their originator, they are unjust not only towards themselves but also towards their surroundings by denying the unseen dimension, which leads to absurdity, bloodshed, and corruption of the earth, in addition to the destruction of the environment and causes the extinction of living beings.

Therefore, humans betrayed the trust and breached the covenant with the Creator.

The need for Islamic Philosophy
1-The necessity of the justice and equity for the universal system
Islamic Philosophy is urgently needed to restore the imbalance in the entire universal system.
Based on these standpoints, the position of justice has been the core of moral value in the Islamic philosophy , making it in harmony with the spirit of the monotheistic religions and with the purpose of legislation and human laws.Hence, Quranic commandments were explicit regarding maintaining equity and justice in the universal system. In warning against the consequence of neglecting the existential balance, "And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance.
In order that you may not transgress (due) balance. And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient." (The Quran, 55:7,8,9).
Thus, many verses were repeated in this sense, on the one hand, to confirm equity's vitality as part of the prophets' mission "Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice." (The Quran, 57:25).

On the other hand, to warn against the consequence of betraying this necessary trust "Woe to Al-Mutaffifin [those who give less in measure and weight (decrease the rights of others)]. When they have to receive by measure from men, those who demand full measure, And when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due." (The Quran, 83: 1, 2, 3).
2-The requirement of justice for human and all creature
the Noble Quran considers practicing justice and equity necessary because it is valuable and essential. It should not be influenced by enmity and affection or by agreement and disagreement; Allah the Almighty said: "O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you)" (The Quran, 4:135).
He also said, "O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do." (The Quran, 5:8).
The responsibility of justice and equity deals not only with humans but also transcends them to the vast universe with all its components.
So Allah the Almighty said, "And it is He Who produces gardens trellised and untrellised, and date palms, and crops of different shape and taste (its fruits and its seeds) and olives, and pomegranates, similar (in-kind) and different (in taste). So eat of their fruit when they ripen, but pay the due thereof (its Zakat, according to Allah's Orders 1/10th or 1/20th) on the day of its harvest, and waste not by extravagance.
Verily, He likes not Al-Musrifun (those who waste by extravagance). And of the cattle (are some) burden (like camels etc.) and (some are) small (unable to carry a burden like sheep, goats, etc. for food, meat, milk, wool, etc.). So eat what Allah has provided for you, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Surely he is to you an open enemy." (The Quran, 6: 141, 142). see more here
